How We Check & Verify Boat Listings
We built Freshwater Yacht Radar so Great Lakes boat buyers can see every available 30–65 ft freshwater motor yacht and cruiser in one clean place—without wasting time clicking on boats that are already sold.
1. Active-Only Filtering (Sold & Pending Removed)
Every day we check broker inventory across Jefferson Beach Yacht Sales / IYBA MLS, SkipperBud's, Pop Yachts, Temptation Yacht Sales, Spring Brook Marina, O'Neill Yacht Sales, Midwest Yacht Sales, Michigan Yacht Broker, and Bay Marine. Any boat marked Sold, Sale Pending, Under Contract, or Off-Market is automatically removed.
2. Verified Price Cuts
When a seller lowers their asking price, we show both the current asking price and the previous asking price right on the card so you can see the exact dollar and percentage savings.
3. Side-by-Side Broker Price Comparisons
When the same boat appears on two different broker websites at different asking prices, we flag the price difference so you know which broker has the lower price.
